Integrated Coaching for Students

At MIT, every leadership journey begins with self-awareness. Through intense reflection, students begin to recognize their strengths and uncover any gaps. They learn to seek diverse opinions and collaborate with people who have ideas that will work. They start to harness the right resources to solve complex problems at the individual, team, and organizational level.

Coaching supports this learning process. While experimenting with new behaviors, coaches provide students with encouragement, observations, and guidance. They encourage students to gather feedback on their new behaviors, providing information about what works and what requires refinement.

We employ an integrated approach to leadership development, combining science-based frameworks, personalized coaching, and practical experiments to help students  implement new learning and become the leader (and person) they aspire to be.
